  Magne D'Oro is a combination of 2 magnesium salts - magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide, which provide the optimal daily amount of magnesium required for the body.

  Magnesium citrate has an extremely high degree of absorption from the body even at low intake concentrations. It is absorbed more thoroughly than other magnesium compounds. Even if an overdose is harmless, as the body self-regulates its absorption.
