  Method of use
  Take 1 to 3 capsules a day before a meal. It is recommended that the first 10 days are taken 3 capsules daily, at regular intervals, before meals, unless the doctor prescribes otherwise. After the 10th day, you may take 1 or 2 capsules a day before a meal.
